The Croatian national football team is the last, the 21st in a row, to secure a place at EURO 2024 through the qualifications.
With the victory over Armenia in the last round of Group D, the “Fire” secured their seventh participation in the UEFA European Championships since the collapse of the SFRY.

The remaining three participants of the final tournament in Germany will be known on the evening of March 26 when the play-off finals of the League of Nations will be played in tracks A, B and C. Five days before that, the semi-finals will be played, one game will be played.
First of all, at the draw on November 23 (Thursday) it will be decided which national team from the group Finland, Ukraine and Iceland will play in Stage A against Wales, and which two in Stage B against Israel, ie Bosnia and Herzegovina.

EURO 2024 is the third in a row, in which 24 selections will participate, which will be divided into six groups with four teams. The first two teams from each group and the four best third-placed teams will advance to the round of 16.
The draw for the group stage will be held on December 2 in Hamburg, when we will find out the opponents of the Serbian national team. “Eagles” will be placed in the weakest, fourth hat.

The Serbian national team will be the only debutant, even though our country has performed at European championships both as FNRJ and SFRY and, last time, as FRY. The best results were the 1960 and 1968 finals.
